My business is located outside Toronto. Do you serve my location?

Yes — we have been serving many happy clients outside Toronto and the GTA since 2001. Our convenient location in Mississauga means we can quickly serve customers in Toronto and across the GTA, and deliver printers and office supplies even beyond the area.

How long does service take?

DOS has a 3-hour response time for emergency repairs and technical servicing. Office supplies ordered and processed before 2:00 pm (EST) are shipped out before 5:00 pm the next business day. Our guarantee is the fastest service in the GTA for maximum printer uptime and productivity.

What purchasing and payment options and discounts does DOS offer?

We carry brand-new and refurbished multifunction printers, and have lease and rental programs. You can pay via Visa or MasterCard credit card. Our contract customers can apply for an account with net 30 day terms. Enjoy discounts on large orders and enterprise solutions, and free shipping on office supplies more than $50.

Do you service printers and scanners not purchased from DOS?

DOS is an authorized dealer of Xerox, Sharp, HP, Samsung — all the major office equipment brands. We are highly qualified and certified to service all multifunction printer models through our Managed Services program — even if purchased elsewhere.

We recently leased a Xerox AltaLink colour MFP and was shocked that the quote I received from DOS was half of what I was quoted by Xerox. I was worried that it was too good to be true but went ahead with DOS. The service from DOS with respect to their flexibility with delivery and installation has been excellent.
