The DOS service standard is a three-hour response time for on-site calls. DOS has also solved many issues remotely within 30 minutes of receiving the call. We aim to respond to emergency service requests and restore your print fleet as quickly as possible to maintain productivity. Our Managed Print Services also allow us to monitor your system remotely and receive automated alerts for issues and scheduled servicing to ensure a fast, proactive response.
For Managed Print Services, you will be billed a cost-per-print, which covers the regular monitoring, servicing, parts, and toner. For other support services, we will ask you to sign a site service request that includes pricing for all parts and labour, and provide you an invoice.

Yes — we’re happy to help you set up a solid print fleet at your new location. Call DOS ahead of your scheduled move so we can dispatch printer technicians to your site. Our team will disassemble the equipment and set it up at your new office to ensure a smooth transition and minimal downtime. We will also update our records with your new location for future service calls and deliveries.

Yes — DOS has an easy-to-use online ordering system for all your inventory needs. Managed Print Services provide automated ink supply monitoring and alerts for refills, allowing us to proactively restock and keep your print fleet always running.
DOS is committed to fast delivery and maximum productivity. All orders placed before 2:00 pm (EST) will be processed and shipped by 5:00 pm the next business day.
DOS is an authorized dealer of Xerox, Sharp, and HP multifunction printers, scanners, and copiers. We also sell both original and refurbished HP, Fujitsu, and Lexmark cartridges to ensure high-quality and cost-effective printing. Make sure to have your device’s serial number on hand when placing an order to get the right supplies.
Shipping is free for office supplies of more than $50. Discounts are also available for large order quantities. There is also no minimum order required.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments and our contract customers are able to set up an account with net 30 terms..
