Account Representative

Direct Office Solutions is currently looking for an Account Representative with outside sales experience in the GTA.

Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing new business, cold calling as well as managing relationships you build with clients across the territory
• Managing all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction is achieved
• Selling our full line of copiers, printers, managed printing services, and document managed solutions
• Working with an internal team to develop new and ongoing strategies to keep clients informed of services offered
• Areas of focus: Cold calling, driving sales results, building high-level strategic customer relations, and collaboration with others

Qualifications

• University degree/diploma in print management, marketing or a related program
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Previous experience in the office equipment industry/managed services; experience in outsourcing is also an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM is a plus
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Travel within territory required
